Your brand kit is the set of reusable assets and defaults that make every message look and sound like you. Save something once here, and it turns up as a one click option in the email builder, on new popups, on your preference center and in every AI generation. It lives at Media & Brand in the sidebar, under Content. Open the Brand tab. Each workspace has exactly one brand kit. It is created for you the first time you open the tab, so there is nothing to set up.

The seven sections

The Brand tab is called Brand library. Pick a section from the list on the left.

Logos

Your brand logo, previewed on a light and a dark background.

Colors

Named colour groups your team reuses in emails and popups.

Fonts

Web safe, Google, Adobe and your own uploaded typefaces, plus a default headline and body font.

Buttons

Saved call to action styles you apply to any email button in one click.

Social links

Sets of profile links, reused by the Social block in emails.

Voice

How we write and what not to do. The AI follows these rules.

Business summary

A short description of your business. The AI assistant reads it for context.

Saving

There is no publish step anywhere in the brand kit. A saved change is live immediately.
  • Colors, Fonts and Business summary have a Save button. Make all your edits, then press it once.
  • Logos, Buttons, Social links and Voice save the moment you confirm the change in their dialog.
Everyone on your team can view the brand kit. Editing it needs an owner, admin, editor or designer role. A viewer sees the library but cannot change it.

Logos

Press Upload logo to open the image picker. You can choose an image already in your media library, upload a new file, generate one with AI, or paste a direct link to an image hosted elsewhere. Once a logo is set the button reads Replace logo. Once set, the logo is shown twice: once on a white background and once on a dark one. That is a contrast check, not two separate logos. You save one logo. Images are capped at 15 MB. See Media library for the accepted formats and how uploads work.
If you delete the underlying file from your media library, the logo is cleared from your brand kit at the same time. Restoring the file does not put it back as the logo, so set it again from this tab.
Where your logo shows up
  • The Brand tab of the image picker, everywhere in the product, so you can drop it into an email or popup in one click.
  • A Use brand logo shortcut on the inspector of any Image block in the email builder.
  • Your recipient facing preference center, at the top of the page.
New popups do not pick up your logo automatically. Set it on the popup itself.

Colors

Colours are organised into named groups, so you can keep a primary set, a seasonal set and a campaign set side by side.
1

Add a group

Press Add group and name it. Primary, Seasonal and Campaign are common choices.
2

Add colours to it

Press Add color on the group. Each colour has an optional name and a hex value. Use the swatch to pick visually or type the hex directly.
3

Put them in order

Use the arrows to move a colour up or down inside its group. Order matters, see below.
4

Save changes

The button stays disabled until every group has a name and every hex is valid.
Hex values accept 3, 4, 6 or 8 digits after the hash, so a colour with transparency is allowed.

Order matters

Senderz reads three roles out of your colours, counting from the very first colour in the very first group and continuing down through the groups.
Colour 1 is your primary. Colour 2 is your secondary. Colour 3 onwards is your palette.
Each role is used differently:
Because the palette starts at the third colour, a brand kit with only two colours shows no Brand section on the email builder Styles page and no brand swatches in the text colour picker. Add at least three colours to see them.

Where colours reach

On a new popup. When you create a popup from the gallery, its button colour and text colour are pre-filled from colours 1 and 2. This happens at creation only. There is no button to apply your brand kit to a popup that already exists, so change those colours on the popup itself. In the email builder. Open Styles with nothing selected. If you have a palette, a collapsible Brand section offers three one click actions: Text color, Link color and Background. The rich text toolbar also shows a Brand colors row above the recent colours whenever you set a text or highlight colour. On a new Product or Dynamic content block. The block’s button takes colour 1 the moment you drop it in. Limits: up to 20 groups, up to 50 colours in each group. Group and colour names are capped at 80 characters.

Fonts

This section holds your brand typefaces and picks the two defaults Senderz reaches for. Press Add font and choose where the font comes from:
Pick from a list of typefaces available on almost every device. The most dependable choice for email.
For Adobe and custom fonts you also enter:
text
What your team sees in the list, for example Brand Sans.
text
The exact family name the font declares. Get this wrong and the font will not render.
comma separated list
The weights and styles you licensed, for example Regular, Medium, Bold.
Uploading a custom font file puts it in your media library alongside your images, and fills in the name and family for you from the file name. You can still edit both.

Default headline and body font

Above the list are two dropdowns: Default headline font and Default body font. They only offer fonts you have added. Those two defaults are what actually travel:
  • A new popup created from the gallery takes both as its heading and body font.
  • A new Product or Dynamic content block takes the headline font for its title and the body font for its price.
You cannot delete a font while it is set as one of the two defaults. Change the default first.
Adding a font here does not add it to the font dropdown in the email builder or the popup builder. Those have their own lists. The brand fonts list feeds the two defaults and the font picker inside a button preset, nothing else.

Whether a font actually renders

A brand font is a style choice, not a guarantee.
  • In email, a font reaches the message reliably when you apply it through a button preset, because the preset carries its source with it. A web safe font always works.
  • On a storefront popup, only a font the storefront itself already loads will render. A custom uploaded font falls back to the storefront’s own typeface.
Limits: up to 50 fonts, up to 16 variants each.

Buttons

A button preset is a call to action style you build once and reuse. Press Add button to open the builder, which shows a live preview beside every control. You can set:
Font, chosen from your brand Fonts list. Font size 8 to 72. Letter spacing -10 to 30. Text colour. Bold, italic, underline and strikethrough.
Background colour. Corner radius 0 to 100. Horizontal and vertical padding, each 0 to 100.
Border width 0 to 20 and border colour.
Horizontal and vertical offset, each -50 to 50. Blur 0 to 100. Shadow colour.
Change the Preview page color to check the button against the background you will actually place it on. Give the preset a name, then press Save. It appears in the list with a live rendering of itself.

Using a preset in an email

Open a template, select a Button block, and look at the top of its inspector for Brand button preset. Choosing one copies every style off the preset onto that button: font, size, colours, spacing, border and shadow. It is a copy, not a link. Editing the preset later does not change buttons you already styled with it. Reapply the preset to update a button. The dropdown only appears once you have saved at least one preset.
If the preset uses an Adobe or uploaded font, Senderz carries that font’s source through to the email so it renders for the recipient. This is the most reliable way to get a custom brand font into an email.
Limit: up to 50 presets.
Social links are also organised into named groups, so you can keep one set per brand, region or campaign. Press Add links, name the group, then add as many links as you need. Each link has a platform and a URL. Choosing Custom as the platform gives you a free text label as well. Available platforms: X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Custom.

How they reach an email

Add a Social block to a template and its inspector shows a Use brand social links shortcut that fills the block in from your brand kit. Two things are worth knowing before you plan around this:
The Social block in the email builder supports Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube only, and it reads from your first group only. LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, custom links and any second group are stored here but do not reach the Social block.
A Social block that has no URL of its own falls back to your brand kit at send time. Change a profile URL here and emails already built pick up the new URL on their next send. You do not need to re-edit those templates.
Limits: up to 20 groups, up to 20 links in each group.

Voice

Voice is two lists of short rules: How we write and What not to do. This is how you stop AI generated copy sounding generic. Press Edit voice, type a rule, press Enter or Add, and it joins the list. Remove one with the cross beside it. Press Save voice. Good rules are short and concrete:
  • How we write: Short sentences, Speak to one person, Lead with the offer
  • What not to do: No exclamation marks, Never say hurry, No emoji in subject lines

Generate from your own copy

If you have connected an AI provider, a Generate with AI button appears. It reads your workspace name, your most recently updated synced products and your most recent templates, then drafts a set of rules from how you already write. Review the draft in the dialog and press Save, or edit it first. Nothing is saved until you do.
The voice generator reads your store copy only. It does not read anything you have already typed into the voice lists.
If you have very little product and template copy in the workspace, the generator tells you so and asks you to connect a store, add a few products or templates, or write the rules yourself.
The AI reads up to 12 rules from each list, and each rule is read up to 160 characters. Keep them short and put the important ones first.

Business summary

A plain description of what you sell, who you serve, what makes you different, and what customers expect. Up to 4000 characters, with a live counter. This is business context, not writing style. Voice covers style. Generate with AI drafts one from your workspace name, your synced products and your templates. If you have already typed something into the box, that text is used as an extra input, so you can paste a rough note and have it tidied up. The draft lands in the box for you to edit. Press Save to keep it.

What actually uses your brand kit

Email builder

Button presets on Button blocks. Brand quick actions and brand swatches from your palette. Use brand logo on Image blocks. Use brand social links on Social blocks. Colour and font defaults on new Product blocks.

Popups

A popup created from the gallery starts with your button colour, text colour, heading font and body font already set.

Preference center

Your logo appears on the page recipients land on when they manage their subscription.

AI features

Your voice rules and business summary are part of the context for the AI assistant. Voice rules also shape AI generated emails, the marketing calendar, AI proposals and coupon drafts.
The AI assistant can also read your brand kit directly when it needs your palette, fonts or logo to draft something on brand.
