Domain warmup
Warmup is gated on verification and starts automatically the moment a domain first verifies. It’s a display and scheduling ramp — a progress signal that your domain is establishing reputation.Auto-start
Verifying a domain kicks off warmup. No manual step.
Read-only for tenants
The domain card shows warmup progress (day, volume sent, reputation) with
no pause/resume — a pausable control on shared infrastructure is a
footgun.
Accelerated migration
Moving from another provider with an established reputation? Request an accelerated warmup from the domain card (provider + monthly volume). An operator reviews and approves, which jumps the ramp to full cap. Decisions are audit-logged and you’re notified.IP pools
Sends are placed on the least-loaded eligible IP under a daily cap. Warming IPs advance on a reputation-gated schedule. This is managed by Senderz — you don’t configure IPs.Reputation monitoring
Senderz polls external reputation sources and routes the scores:- Microsoft SNDS (Outlook) → IP reputation.
- Google Postmaster Tools → per-IP and per-domain reputation.
Reputation is polled every few hours. A bad-reputation gate can pause or
reverse warmup on a degrading IP automatically.
