Senderz is a marketing and lifecycle automation platform built for merchants who sell in Israel. It unifies email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push and voice on one audience, connects directly to your store, and enforces Israeli sending law in the send pipeline itself. A mistake in a campaign builder cannot turn into a non-compliant send.

Quickstart

Connect a store, import contacts, verify a domain and send your first campaign.

Core concepts

Workspaces, contacts, segments, campaigns, automations and the sending pipeline. The model behind everything.

Integrations

Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Konimbo, Magento, Wix, Make.com, Meta and Google. Connect your stack.

API reference

Ingest events, send transactional messages, manage profiles and subscribe to webhooks.

Before you start: choose a plan

New workspaces need an active paid plan before the dashboard opens. Owners and admins are taken to the setup wizard and asked to pick a contact tier. There is no skip on that step.
Plans are priced by marketable contacts, not by everything you store. A contact counts toward your tier only if they are subscribed on at least one channel. Everyone else is stored free, so a store sync can add thousands of contacts without changing your bill. The plan screen shows both numbers.
Tiers run from Senderz 500 up to Senderz 50,000, with Enterprise above that. Every tier includes a contact limit and a monthly email allowance. SMS credits are not included in any plan. They are bought separately as prepaid packs, and WhatsApp conversations are billed from that same credit balance. Workspaces created before 12 August 2026 are not affected by this step. Once a paid plan is active, the step disappears. You can change plan later from Settings → Plans & Billing.

What you can do with Senderz

Reach five channels

One contact, five channels. One-off campaigns are built for email and SMS. Automations can also send WhatsApp, web push and voice calls. Transactional email, SMS and OTP codes run on the same pipeline.

Automate the lifecycle

Trigger automations on real store events such as abandoned cart, order placed or a product view, with per-recipient send-time optimisation.

Segment on almost anything

Consent state per channel, list membership, tags, country and EU status, your own custom fields, RFM tiers, predictive scores, and behaviour such as “placed an order at least twice in the last 90 days”.

Work with Senderz AI

A built-in assistant that drafts campaigns, builds segments, answers questions about your data and plans a month of sends. It runs on your own AI provider key.

Protect deliverability

Per-domain DKIM signing, automatic domain verification, warmup and reputation monitoring across your sending domains.

Collect consent on-site

Popups and embedded forms capture email and phone opt-ins on your storefront, with the source, IP address and timestamp recorded against the contact.

Senderz AI

Senderz AI sits at the top of the sidebar, directly under Dashboard. It is a full product surface, not a sprinkle of buttons.

Marketing Agent

Ask questions in plain language and get real answers from your workspace. It can also draft campaigns, segments, automations and coupons, and hand you the draft to review. Nothing is sent without you.

AI Planner

Answer a few questions and get an editable marketing calendar for the month. Shabbat and quiet hours are handled for you.
AI features need your own API key from Claude, Gemini or OpenAI, added once in Settings → AI provider. Senderz does not resell AI usage, so you pay your provider directly and the key is stored encrypted. Set it up.

Built for Israel

Senderz is not a global tool with a Hebrew skin. Compliance and locale are first-class.
Marketing SMS, WhatsApp, voice and push to Israeli numbers are blocked 20:00 to 08:00 local time and during Shabbat, using real sunset in Jerusalem with candle-lighting and havdalah offsets. Email is exempt by product decision, because the merchant pays for their own reputation there. Learn more.
Every marketing send checks recorded consent for that specific channel. An inbound STOP suppresses the number within seconds. Source, IP address, timestamp and channel are logged on every consent change. Learn more.
The product ships in Hebrew, which is the default and right-to-left, and in English. Sender-name validation never flags Hebrew or RTL letters. These docs switch language from the top bar.
SMS ships through Israeli carriers, 019 and CommPeak, under a sender name you request in the product. WhatsApp sends from a number Senderz manages, so there is no Meta account or Facebook login to set up. Store connectors cover Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Konimbo, Magento and Wix.

How the platform is shaped

1

Choose a plan

Pick the contact tier that fits your marketable contact count. This is required before the dashboard opens on a new workspace.
2

Connect your store

Use OAuth for Shopify, the guided connect for WooCommerce and WordPress, or paste keys for Konimbo and Magento. Contacts and order history back-fill automatically. Wix and Magento are connected from the Integrations page rather than the setup wizard.
3

Build your audience

Contacts carry per-channel consent, tags, custom properties and predictive scores. Lists are memberships you curate. Segments are live filters over all of it.
4

Verify a sending domain

Add the DNS records Senderz shows you, or let DNS auto-config write them for you. Verification and warmup run in the background. Domains live under Settings → Domains & senders.
5

Send and automate

One-off campaigns and triggered automations share the same pipeline. Suppression, consent, frequency caps, quiet hours and the SMS credit wallet all apply at send time, whatever the builder asked for.
