Media
Your uploaded files. Images, videos and the trash.
Brand
Your brand kit. Logo, colours, fonts, buttons, voice.
Brand font files you upload from the Brand tab are stored in the same library,
but they do not appear under Images or Videos. If you delete one it does show
up in the Trash.
Uploading
You can add files three ways, and all three accept several files at once.1
Open the Images or Videos list
The list you are on decides which file types are accepted.
2
Add your files
Press Upload media, drag files straight onto the grid, or use the
Add more tile at the end of the grid.
3
Watch each file upload
Every file gets its own card with a live progress bar. If one fails, that
card offers Retry. Dismiss removes it from the queue.
Accepted types and size limits
Images are optimised on upload
Senderz shrinks images as they arrive, so a heavy photo does not slow down your emails. When a file is made meaningfully smaller you get a confirmation showing the size before and after. What happens:- Images wider than 1320 pixels are scaled down to that width. Smaller images are never enlarged.
- The image is re-encoded and quality is stepped down until the file is around 280 KB, with a floor so quality never collapses.
- Photos without transparency come out as JPG. Images with real transparency come out as PNG.
- The file extension in the library changes to match, so
banner.webpmay becomebanner.jpg. - GIF files are left completely alone, so animation is preserved.
- If the re-encoded version would not be smaller, your original is kept as it is.
Using a file
Each card in the grid has a menu with:
An AI badge marks images that were generated with AI rather than uploaded.
Placing a video in an email
Videos are not offered in the image picker. To use one in an email, copy its link from the library, then paste it into the Video URL field on a video block. The block’s thumbnail is picked separately, through the normal image picker. The image picker
Anywhere Senderz needs an image, you get the same Select image dialog. You do not have to visit the media library first.- Image library
- Upload image
- Generate
- Import URL
Every image in your library. Search by name, switch between grid and list
view, and toggle Show AI-generated images on or off. Images only, so
videos and fonts never appear here.
- Email builder: image blocks, image rows, video block thumbnails, and the template background under Styles.
- Popups: image elements, side and background images, the popup logo, the teaser image, game prize art and education blocks.
- Brand kit: your brand logo.
A file chosen through Import URL is not copied into your library. It stays
on the other server, so if that link ever breaks, your email or popup breaks
with it. Uploading is safer.
Generating an image with AI
The Generate tab writes an image from a text description and saves it into your library.1
Connect your own AI key
Image generation runs on your own AI provider account, set up in
Settings under AI provider. If no key is connected the tab tells you so
and links you there. See AI provider.
2
Describe the image
Up to 1000 characters. Be specific about subject, style and lighting.
3
Pick an aspect ratio
Square, Portrait or Landscape.
4
Generate, then use it
Regenerate as many times as you like. Press Use this image when you are
happy. It is already saved to your library, tagged with the AI badge.
Deleting and the trash
Deleting is reversible. A deleted file moves to the Trash list, and each card there shows how many days it has left.- Files stay in the trash for 30 days.
- Restore puts the real file back, not a placeholder. Its link works again exactly as before.
- After 30 days the file is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Editing a template never deletes a file
Swapping an image in the email builder, clearing one, or deleting a whole block leaves the original file untouched in your library. The only way a file leaves the library is if someone deletes it from the media library on purpose. How files are served
Files are served from the Senderz asset CDN over a public HTTPS link. Two things follow from that. The link is public. It is long and unguessable, so it will not be found by browsing, but anyone you give it to can open the file without signing in. Do not upload anything you would not be comfortable sharing. The link never changes and is cached permanently. Renaming a file changes its display name only, not its URL. There is no way to replace a file in place, so to change an image you upload the new version and repoint whatever uses it. This is deliberate: it means an email that went out last month keeps showing the image it was sent with.Who can do what
Viewers can browse and copy links but cannot change anything.
Limits worth knowing
There is no search on the Media tab
There is no search on the Media tab
The grid shows 24 files per page with paging, in newest first order. Search
exists inside the image picker, not on the library page itself.
You cannot select several files at once

Rename and delete act on one file at a time. There is no bulk delete.
The Primary badge cannot be set
The Primary badge cannot be set
Some cards show a Primary badge. There is no control in the product to
set or clear it, so treat it as read only for now.
Videos are stored but not previewed
Videos are stored but not previewed
Video cards show a file icon rather than a thumbnail. Use Open in new tab
to play one.
